WHO WE ARE

Iconoclasta Voyage is a Tour Operator focused in Business to Business model. We produce marvelous experiences for visitors who want to discover Santiago, Chile and the surrounding areas. We operate our own tours, provide tour guides, transportation, book locations such as hotels, restourants, wineries and others that our customer might require of us.

We work hand in hand with our Travel agent customers, we so we can help them to offer the best service to their travelers.

OUR MISSION

Iconoclasta Voyage’s Mission is to contribute to the carrying out of package services our Travel Agencies clients have committed to their customers so they can assure the best quality standard; to do so, we focus our efforts to the visits of places we know best in Central Chile: Santiago downtown, Valparaíso, Casablanca and surrounding wine-country, Maipo Valley winecountry and collecting visitors at the airport to take them safe and sound to their hotels and back to the airport as requested (Transfers).

OUR VISION

It is our Modus Operandi to display several channels of communication so our clients can approach us easily and indicate to us when our products might be of service. We believe in promoting autonomy among our collaborators: tour guides and drivers, so they can do their best on the field, making use of their experience, instinct and training to help us carry out our mission. Each and all of the providers we employ are comitted as we are in meeting the needs of our customers withthin the indicated terms.

For that reason, as part of our Modus Operandi, we require full information about flight numbers, customer names, hotels and Itinerary so we can be prepared, and personal needs. In any case, we provide with a battery of skills that help us be prepared in a variety of scenarios. See the next:
